Return Policy

If you are returning items within 30 days of the invoice date, and all items have not been installed, modified, are complete, and are in the original manufacturer’s packaging you may return those items for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned items. COD or bill to recipient returns will be refused. Any returns made or received after 31 days of the invoice date will be subject to a 15%-30% restocking fee. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 90 DAYS.

Products that have been installed, modified, are missing parts, or not in new condition may not be returned. We will happily assist you with any items that have been installed, but still qualify for a manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee. Please verify all warranty and guarantee information on the manufacturers packaging or website.

All returns must have a completed Return Goods Authorization Form or the return may be rejected, please send an email to for your Return Goods Authorization Form. A copy of the original invoice should be included with the return.

Any items deemed to be defective upon delivery to the customer maybe returned within 30 days for a full credit towards another product or replacement of the same product.

Special or custom order products must be paid in full in advance and are non-refundable. These items may not be returned and no refunds will be issued. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.

The following items may not be returned for any reason:

  • Any item that has been installed, modified, or is not in new sellable condition
  • Wheels and tires that have been mounted
  • Opened or used electrical components or parts to include, but not limited to chips, programmers, lights, stereo components, etc.
  • Clearance or closeout items
  • Snow chains or similar traction devices
  • Custom made, custom fabricated, custom coated, or custom painted items
  • Paints, oil, or other consumables
  • Special Order items

All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. A copy of the original invoice and a Return Goods Authorization Form must accompany all returns. All items must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. All labor, installation, surcharges, shop fees, or any other costs or damages incurred are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. Any item with altered serial numbers will be rejected and no refund will be issued. Restocking fees may be assessed for returns received after 30 days of the original invoice date. We are not responsible for any damages to vehicles or persons. Please check all local laws before ordering any items. Items specified for off-road or race use are for those purposes only and should not be used for other types of driving.
